Vector Group has helped us develop our leadership capability at UKAR through a number of routes, which focuses on the individual needs of the learner. Working in partnership we created a bespoke 360 tool based on the UKAR competencies, which was used at the beginning and end of a 12 month leadership programme to help identify learning needs and define the content of the programme. It also supported us to measure the improvement of our leaders, and helped us to be clear about what other learning needs remained. Sonya supported a significant change management programme at Antler through the effective delivery of a tailored coaching programme.
